License Update
Send your C2V
1. Download Voronoi_License_Activator. (download either .exe or .zip)
2. Run the application. Ensure “Update of existing protection key” is selected and click Collect Information and save the .c2v to a location on your local computer.
3. Email the .c2v file attached to support@voronoihealthanalytics.com.
Our team will prepare your License Package which will be sent to you via email.
Apply your License Package
1. Download the .zip file attached in the email containing your license package.
2. Unzip the folder. There will be two files inside as shown.
3. Run the Voronoi License Activator application. Navigate to the "Apply License File" tab. Click the button in the bottom right corner. Browse for the .V2C file, select it and click Apply Update.
4. Run the VHAlm___.exe also found in your license package and allow it to fully complete.
